分析国外低碳住宅的最新发展动态以及当前国内低碳住宅发展中存在的问题,剖析我国低碳住宅久未得到广泛实践与推广的深层次原因,在此基础上提出促进我国低碳住宅建设发展的一些建议。

Through the analysis of foreign low-carbon housing developments, and study the existing problems in the current domestic low-carbon housing development. Aralyzed the deep-seated reasons that China＇s low-carbon housing has not yet been widely practice and promoted. On this basis, gives some suggestions to promote the devel- opment of low-carbon housing.
