摘要 基于供应链管理环境下承包商与供应商关系和传统关系的区别,探讨供应链管理环境下建材供应商的选择指标体系,分析供应链管理环境下实施物料管理所需的技术支持和具体步骤,并总结在供应链管理环境下实施建筑物料管理的效果。通过研究,以期提高建筑企业建筑物料管理效果,促进提升建筑企业竞争力。 Based on the difference between the relationships of contractors and suppliers under SCM (Supply Chain Management) and traditional relationship, this paper discussed the choice indicators of suppliers under SCM. Then analyzed the indispensable technical support and implementation steps of material management under SCM. Finally, summarized the implementation effectiveness of material management under SCM. With the research of the construc- tion materials management under SCM, hope to improve the effectiveness of construction material management and promote to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises.
