工程质量激励的“合同价修正系数”研究

Exploring for Incentive Tactics Based on Engineering Quality of Contract Section

"优质优价"是一项重要的政府行政监管政策,有利于保障或提高交通建设项目的工程质量。在前期研究的基础上,提出合同价修正系数(R(Q))的激励策略,在能够实现"优质优价"的同时,还能够保障激励效果的适度性和连续性。对进一步完善"优质优价"的行政监管政策有一定的参考价值。

＂High Quality and Good Price＂ is an important government＇s regulatory decision, which is conducive to guarantee or improve the engineering quality of traffic construction projects. Based on the previous studies, an incen- tive tactic as correction factor of contract price （ R（ Q ） ） is proposed. The R（ Q ） can achieve the incentive aim of ＂High Quality and Good Price＂, at the same time, can also ensure the moderation and continuity of incentive effect. This study may be valuable to improve the government＇s regulatory decision.
