摘要 准确的判断火车死钩是保证翻车机系统连续作业、避免拧断钩头的关键。针对此问题,提出了一种基于Mamdani型模糊推理的死钩检测方法。该方法采用激光逆向工程技术,运用自适应阈值法提取风管和钩头等信息,利用操作人员的经验及对大量样本数据的分析构建模糊规则库,建立Mamdani型模糊推理系统,判断车厢连接处是否为死钩。现场实验结果表明,该方法的检测精度达到99.72%,优于现有的基于颜色特征的方法,满足死钩检测的实际需求,已经在各煤炭运输港口推广使用。 Accurate determining of train fixed-hook detection is the key to ensure its continuous operation and avoid wring hook.In order to solve the problem,a fixed-hook detection method is proposed based on Mamdani fuzzy reasoning.The laser reverse engineering technology is adopted in this method.In order to solve the problem of train fixed-hook detection,Mamdani type fuzzy reasoning system is established based on fuzzy rule base,which using the experience of the operator and the analysis of a large number of sample data such as duct and hook-headed extracted by adaptive threshold value method.The experimental results show that the accuracy of fixed-hook detection is up to 99.72%,which is superior to the existing method based on color feature.Thus this method satisfies the requirement of actual fixed-hook detecting,which is widely used in the coal transportation port.
