摘要 从航空电机的出厂测试过程出发,通过模拟航空电机的实际运行环境,提高测试航空电机的效率和参数准确度以实现测试系统的自动化和智能化,研究且设计了基于STM32的油源测试系统。实现在多种负载、转速、温度条件下进行稳态、瞬态参数等测试,对测试数据进行最小二乘法拟合和中值滤波来提高测试精度,并通过Lab VIEW设计的人机交互界面与触摸屏的双端显示分析与控制。实验结果表明可提高测试效率与测试精度,改善工作环境,实现了测试过程的自动化、智能化和网络化。 From the point of view of the testing process of the aero-generator,with simulating the real runtime environment of the aero-generator,improving the test efficiency and the accuracy of the test parameters about air motor to achieve the automation and the intelligent,research and design the oil source test system based on STM32.Achieve the parameter testing of steady state and transient in the variety of load,speed and temperature conditions.And the test data is processed by the least square method and the median filtering method.And it can illustrate and control by the human machine interaction based on the LabVIEW in the computer and the touch screen.Experimental results show that it can improve the work efficiency,the test accuracy and the working environment and it achieved the intelligent,the automation and the network in the testing process.
