摘要
为满足现代钻井工艺的要求,研制了JC50D型绞车,采用一橇式结构,并配有自动送钻系统。介绍该了绞车的传动原理和技术参数。着重分析了主要布局与配置,提升特性、关键技术及特点。该绞车采用机电液一体化控制,整体技术性能先进,结构紧凑,布局合理,移运性好,自动化程度高,使用维护简单。
JC50D drawworks is developed to meet the requirement of the current drilling technolo- gy. It adopts the structure of one-skid type and is equipped with auto bit feeding system. This driving principle and technical parameters of the drawworks are introduced. The characteristics of the drawworks is upgraded, key technologies and features, the main layout and configuration are analyzed. The drawworks has hydromechatronics integration control, advanced integral technolo- gy,very compact structure,reasonable layout,and good mobilization,a high degree of automation, simple operation and maintenance.
