摘要
为缩短多轴特种车辆的设计周期,提供设计研发和性能改进的平台和依据,确定了整车底盘性能匹配评价指标,结合相关计算方法设计出一套多轴特种车辆底盘性能匹配分析软件。该软件可以进行多轴车辆的动力性能、重心及轴载荷分配、通过性、稳定性、经济性、制动性能、平顺性能、车载设备匹配及车架静动态力学性能分析。利用该软件对某重载车辆进行分析,软件系统的计算结果与现场试验数据的误差在10%以内,满足工程需要。
In order to shorten the design cycle of muhi axis vehicle,provide platform and data for designing and performance improving,a theoretical method and evaluation indexes of the vehicle chassis performance were established, and a set of multi axis special vehicles chassis matching sys- tem was designed, based on the related calculation method. It can be used for dynamic perform- ance analyzing,center of gravity,the axle load distribution,vehicle pass ability,stability,economic performance,braking performance, ride performance, matching of the equipment, and finite ele ment analysis of the chassis. It was used to analyze a heavy lorry,combined with the field experi ment data,showing that the theoretical calculation highly conforms to the practical results with the error less than 10 percent,the system is feasible.
