摘要
检测了虫生真菌拟青霉属 (Paecilomyces) 5个种以及镰孢属 (Fusarium) 2个种共 10个菌株的代谢产物对小麦胚芽鞘伸长生长的影响。结果表明 ,粉质拟青霉 (P .farinosous)的 80 #菌株代谢产物粗提物各稀释倍数 (10 0 0 0 0 ,10 0 0和10倍 )处理皆能显著促进小麦胚芽鞘的伸长生长 ,生长率分别为 91 7% ,74 2 %和 98 3 % ;宛氏拟青霉 (P .variotii)2 5 #菌株在上述浓度下表现显著抑制伸长生长 ,生长率分别为 - 46 9% ,- 36 0 %和 - 37 9% ;黄拟青霉 (P .flavescens)133#菌株的 10 0 0 0 0和 10 0 0倍稀释液稍有促进伸长生长的作用 ,但 10倍稀释液却显著抑制伸长生长 (生长率为- 6 0 7% )。另外 ,IAA (0 0 0 1mg/L)处理小麦胚芽生长率为 1 7% ,而IAA (0 0 0 1mg/L)加粉质拟青霉 80 #的 10 0 0 0 0倍稀释处理 ,生长率为 84 2 %。
The secondary metabolites of 10 strains of entomogenous fungus belong to 5 species of Paecilomyces and 2 species of Fusarium were prepared,and their effect on the growth of wheat etiolated coleoptile was studied.At the dilution of 1∶100 000,1∶1 000 and 1∶10 ,the crude preparations of metabolites of P.farinonous (Strain 80 #)cause the elongation of wheat coleoptile by 91 7%,74 2%,and 98 3%,respectively,whereas those of P.variotii (Strain 25 #)inhibit the elongation by 46 9%,36 0%,and 37 9%,respectively.The crude preparations of metabolites of P.flavescens (Strain 133 #)slightly increase the elongation at low concentration(1∶100 000 and 1∶100),but obviously supress the elongation at high concentration(1∶10).The combination of IAA(0 001 mg/L)and metabolites of P.farinonous (Strain 80 #)diluted at 1∶100 000 significantly increase the elongation of wheat etiolated coleoptile by 84 2%,while IAA(0 001 mg/L)is used alone,the growth rate is 1 7%.The metabolites of other strains,including strains of F.sporotriochioides (Strain 6 #), P.variotii (Strain 109 #),and P.farinosous (Strain 162 #)show no effect.
