摘要
试验大鼠 40只分为 5组 ,分别饲以基础饲料 (含硒量为 0 0 1μg/g)并饮用自来水 (对照 )、亚硒酸钠溶液、低硒茶浸出液、人工富硒茶及天然富硒茶浸出液 ,观察天然和人工富硒茶叶硒的相对生物利用率及其对大鼠吞噬细胞功能的影响。结果表明 :大鼠对富硒茶叶硒的相对利用率比对照和亚硒酸钠高 ,富硒茶叶硒的利用率为 6 8 0 5 %~ 70 40 % ,而对照的硒利用率为 6 5 38% ,Na2 SeO3 硒的利用率为 6 5 41%。显示富硒茶叶中硒的生物有效性高于无机硒。大鼠饮用富硒茶和补充Na2 SeO3 能显著提高血液和肝组织的含硒量 ,在等量硒条件下 ,富硒茶对提高血液和肝组织的含硒量的效果优于Na2 SeO3。饮用富硒茶大鼠的吞噬细胞是对照的 6 2倍 ,是低硒茶的 1 4倍 ;吞噬指数是对照的 2 1倍 ,Na2 SeO3 的1 4倍。
rats were divided into five groups and fed with low Se content diet and supplemented with water(Se deficiency),sodium selenite,extraction solutions of low Se content tea,Se enriched tea and nature high Se tea.The relative bioavailability of Se,the Se content in blood and liver and phagocytic cell function in rats were determined after 4 weeks.The results showed that the Se biological utilization rates were 65 41%,68 05% and 70 40% in sodium selenite,Se enriched tea and nature high Se tea respectively.It also indicated that selenium content in blood and liver were significantly raised by feeding extraction of Se enriched tea and sodium selenite compared with low Se tea extraction and water.The higher effectivity was produced by selenium of Se enriched tea compared with sodium selenite in the same Se intake.The significant difference was obtained in rat phagocytic cell percentage and phagocytic index among the rats drinking water and other tea extraction and sodium selenite.All results proved that Se enriched tea could increase rat phagocytic cell function and be used as a good source for supplementing selenium intake.
