Upgrade of centering device of tread servicer of Mitsubishi 2-stage semi-steel building machine

主要结合华轮公司三菱二段成型机旧胎面对中装置影响胎坯TUO、动平衡以及工作人员操作不便等问题,从而有针对性地设计制作一套新的胎面对中装置,并对胎面对中装置的结构、工作原理进行阐述,最终解决因对中装置结构不合理、精度不高造成的胎坯TUO、动平衡不达标等问题。

This paper combines green tire TUO,balancing,maneuver of staff and other issues affected by old tread centering device of Mitsubishi 2-stage building machine,designs a new set of tread centering device with a targeted manner,and describes its structure and working principle,finally solve the noncompliance TUO and dynamic balance issues due to the irrational structure and low accuracy of old centering device.
