喷气时刻对天然气发动机燃烧性能影响的研究

摘要 利用数据采集和燃烧分析系统,试验研究了喷气时刻对天然气发动机性能的影响,研究表明:节气门开度为25%时,不同转速下,最大IMEP所对应的喷气时刻不同,低转速时,最大IMEP对应的喷气时刻较迟。而转速较高时,最大IMEP对应的喷气时刻较早。 In this paper, a natural gas engine, which was retrofitted from a Toyota 8A gasoline engine, is studied. Based on an electronic control unit, a data acquisition system and combustion analyzer, the effect of injection timing on combustion characteristics are investigated. The results show that at 25 % throttle open po sition and different speed ( 1000rpm and 2000rpm) conditions, the injection timings ( IMEPmax ) of CNG are different. At low speed the injection timing is later. At high speed, however, the injection timing is earlier.
