摘要
从高压共轨柴油机的控制需求出发,开发基于TC1728微控制器的共轨柴油机电控单元。采用模块化的设计方法,优化设计了喷油器驱动电路及信号处理电路等。实验中喷油器驱动电流从0A上升到18A仅用了0.1ms。同时在可靠性方面采取了多种措施,完善ECU功能,实现喷油控制。
From the demand of the high-pressure common-rail diesel engine, an engine electronic control unit (ECU) hardware is developed based on the TC1728 microcontroller. Using the design method of modularization, injector drive circuit, the signal processing circuit and some other parts of the ECU are optimized. In experi- ment, the driver current of injector rises from 0A to 20A in only 0. lms. At the same time, various measures are taken in the terms of reliability and the function of ECU is improved to complete the demand of the injector.
