某小型直喷天然气单缸发动机喷射时刻的优化模拟研究

摘要 传统的天然气直喷发动机为了提高充气效率,常常将喷射过程安排在进气门关闭后进行,这样难以充分利用进气冲程中气缸内的湍动能对天然气进行良好混合。本文针对一台由单缸化油器发动机改造的天然气直喷发动机,使用一维热力学计算优化发动机进气系统,然后通过CFD技术模拟两个典型喷气开始时刻对直喷天然气发动机缸内混合气发展过程与近燃烧时刻工质分布状况的影响,最终提出这一问题的解决方案。 In order to improve the volumetric efficiency, the injection process of traditional direct injection natural gas engine often happened after the intake valve being close. It is difficult for perfect mixing of natural gas and air by the turbulent kinetic energy in intake stroke. The writer optimized the intake system by onedi mensional thermodynamic calculation based on direct injection natural gas engine transformed by the single cylinder carburetor engine, and then simulated the development process and distribution of mixed gas in cylin der under two typical injection timings, and finally proposed the solution.
