The issue of exchange rate regime is one of the multinational and public management problems.According to its own stage of economic development and international economic political situation,China chooses desirable RMB exchange rate system.No perfect exchange rate regime,only better one.There is space to improve,the basic problems of current RMB exchange rate regime are the multiple management and regulatory loopholes,lack of diversification and highly monopolized market,the inelastic and one-way appreciation of RMB.To understand the complexity and importance of the exchange rate regime,can effectively insistent on the independent,gradual and controllable three principles of exchange rate reform,which will further promote the marketization of exchange rate regime and the internationalization of RMB.
