摘要
早在2003年,珠江三角洲地区就开始出现以"民工荒"为表现形式的劳动力短缺现象,随后,这一现象不仅没有消失,反而愈演愈烈。"用工荒"的出现对珠江三角洲乃至全国的经济社会发展均带来较为深远的影响。关于珠江三角洲"用工荒"现象的成因大家众说纷纭,但角度均不够全面。本文主要通过分析珠三角的劳动力供求状况,并基于对深圳市企业的深入调研取得的一手资料,结合相关二手资料,对珠三角"用工荒"现象形成的主要因素进行系统地探讨,得出相关结论 ,并提出相应建议。
As early as in 2003,the Pearl River Delta region began to appear in the form of "migrant workers shortage" phenomenon of labor shortage.The phenomenon not only has not disappeared after that,but intensified.The emergence of the "labor shortage" was far-reaching impact to the economic and social development of the Pearl River Delta and even the whole country.About the cause of the "labor shortage" phenomenon of the Pearl River Delta everyone opinions vary,but the angles are not comprehensive.This paper mainly through the analysis of the supply and demand in labor force of the Pearl River Delta,and based on the firsthand material obtained from in-depth research of Shenzhen enterprises,combined with the relevant secondary sources,and systematically discussed the main factors which formation of the "labor shortage" phenomenon of the Pearl River Delta,get the relevant conclusions,and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
