摘要
试点先行是我国渐进式体制改革的典型特征。本文以广东省深圳市为例,对我国事业单位分类改革试点的成效进行了分析,总结了试点地区改革探索实践的成功经验及存在的问题,为在全国范围加快推进事业单位分类改革提供了借鉴。
Early and Pilot Implementation Policy is the main feature of Chinese step-by-step systematic reform.This essay analyzes the effects of classified reform of national public organizations in experimental areas,and summarizes the successful experiences gained and problems arising along the process,with an aim to provide reference for other areas in the country to accelerate the reform.
