自银监会调整和放宽农村地区银行业金融机构的准入政策以来,全国共成立了40余家农村资金互助社,多数都处于规模偏小、发展乏力、可持续性不足的境地。本文总结了昌吉市榆树沟镇民心农村资金互助社的成功经验,为农村资金互助社的发展提供一个可借鉴的范例。

Since the CBRC adjust and relax banking financial institutions in rural areas access policy,the country set up more than 40 rural credit union funds,the majority are in the situation of small-scale,the development of fatigue,lack of sustainability.This paper summarizes the successful experience of the Changji City Yushugou Town popular rural credit union funds,an example of providing a reference for the development of rural credit union funds.
