摘要
本文利用生态足迹方法对新疆2010年的生态足迹、生态承载力以及生态盈余或赤字进行计算,并对新疆生态的可持续发展程度做出评价,分析了新疆人口、资源和环境发展中存在的问题,并从控制人口规模、优化经济发展方式、产业结构和加强环境整治四个方面提出了生态文明建设的途径。
The Calculation Methodology for the National Footprint Accounts is applied to calculating Ecological Footprint,Biological Capacity and Ecological surplus or deficit in xinjiang 2010,and estimates the level of sustainable development,analyzes the problems of xinjiang＇s population,resource and environment development.Proposed is the countermeasures and advice for ecological civilization construction to control the population size,optimization of the mode of economic development,industrial structure,and strengthen environmental protection.
