优质护理模式在慢性心力衰竭合并严重抑郁情绪患者中的应用

The application of high quality nursing care model in patients with chronic heart failure and severe depression

目的探讨优质护理模式在慢性心力衰竭合并严重抑郁情绪患者中的应用。方法选择我院慢性心力衰竭的患者合并严重抑郁的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组进行一般的护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理模式,比较两组患者治疗的依从性、抑郁情绪的评分。结果观察治疗4周后,实施优质护理模式的观察组治疗依从性高于一般护理组,抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)低于对照组,抑郁情绪有改善,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论优质护理模式对提高慢性心力衰竭的患者合并严重抑郁的患者治疗依从性及改善抑郁情绪,促进疾病康复起着重要的作用。

Objective： To investigate the application of high quality nursing care model in patients with chronic heart failure and severe depression.Methods： Eighty patients with chronic heart failure and severe depression in our hospital were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with fourty cases in each group.The control group were given general nursing,while observation group were given high quality nursing care model based on general nursing.Then the treatment compliance and depression scores of patients in the two groups were compared.Results： After treatment for 4 weeks,the observation group given high quality nursing care model had better compliance,lower Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） score,and more obvious improvement in depressed mood than the control group,with statistical significance（P 0.01）.Conclusion： High quality nursing care model plays an important role in improving the treatment compliance and depressed mood of patients with chronic heart failure and severe depression and promoting rehabilitation.
