摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在原发性纵隔肿瘤切除术患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将44例原发性纵隔肿瘤切除术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各22例,对照组给予传统教育管理,实验组按临床护理路径进行健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育效果及对护理工作满意度。结果实验组健康教育知识掌握情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组对护理工作满意度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径对原发性纵隔肿瘤切除术患者进行健康教育,可帮助患者更好地掌握健康教育知识,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To discuss the application in health education for patients with resection of primary tumors of mediastinum by the clinical nursing pathway.Methods: The 44 cases of resection of primary tumors of mediastinum were randomly divided into two groups,an experimental group and a control group.The control group were given a traditional health education management,and the clinical nursing pathway was applied to the experimental group.And health education and nursing job satisfaction of two groups were assessed.Results: Compared with the control group,health education knowledge of the experimental group was statistically significant(P 0.05),and satisfaction for nursing job was also statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing pathway in health education for patients with resection of primary tumors of mediastinum can not only help patient with better health education knowledge,but also improve patient satisfaction with nursing job.
