摘要
研究目的:研究海量遥感影像数据管理技术路线,解决省级国土资源部门影像数据管理与共享问题。研究方法:理论分析法,对比试验法,实例验证法。研究结果:(1)采用数据库和文件系统混合管理方式,显著提高影像数据的存储和检索效率;(2)通过建立影像镶嵌数据集,构建影像金字塔和概视图,实现了TB级遥感影像数据的快速组织、更新和发布;(3)采用JPEG_YCbCr视觉无损压缩方法,大幅度提升影像金字塔压缩效率和压缩比。研究结论:基于镶嵌数据集的海量遥感影像数据管理技术,应用于江苏省第二次土地调查省级数据中心系统建设,解决了技术瓶颈,实验证明该技术路线可行。
The purpose of this paper is to solve the management issues of massive remote sensing image for provincial land and resources.Methods of theoretical analysis,comparative experiment and case study were employed.The results indicate that 1) the efficiency of storage and retrieval for image data can be considerably improved by using the mixed management of database and file system;2) the massive remote sensing image of TB level can be rapidly managed,updated and published by creating image pyramid and overview based on the method of mosaic dataset;3) the compression efficiency and ratio of image pyramid can be dramatically increased by using the visual lossless compression of JPEG_YCbCr.It is concluded that the solution has solved the technical bottleneck in the data center information system for the second land survey in Jiangsu province,and the solution has also been proved to be practicable and effective.
