基于工程解构分析的高速公路节约用地评价——以江苏省7条高速公路为例

Assessing the Economical Use of Highway Land Based on Analytic Engineering Deconstruction: A Case Study on Seven Highways in Jiangsu Province

研究目的:运用工程解构思想,结合已出台的公路用地定额标准,构建高速公路节约用地评价体系,并以江苏省典型高速公路为案例,进行高速公路节约用地评价,综合分析当前江苏省高速公路的节约用地水平。研究方法:对比分析法,统计数据分析法。研究结果:江苏省高速公路总体用地水平处于相对节约状态,但各工程组成部分的节约状态存在较大差异。研究结论:江苏省高速公路节约用地存在较大的提升空间,应适时加强用地审核和控制,从用地申请开始,从工程设计入手,在满足工程设计要求的基础上,促进实现节约用地。

The purpose of this paper is to develop an index system for assessing the economical use of highway land,applying engineering deconstruction analysis with current ongoing highway land use standards.It further applies the assessment system to typical highways in Jiangsu Province.Methods include comparative analysis and statistical data analysis.The results show the overall level of economical use of highway land in Jiangsu Province was in a relatively economical degree,however the conjoint parts were not economical used.It is concluded that there is large space for improving the economical use of highway land in Jiangsu Province.It could be fulfilled via strengthening land audit and control,as well as the process monitoring,covering the land use application and project designing.
