摘要
教育生活论关注教育世界的完整存在,关注完整的人之存在意义,关注真实的生活,把培养"整全人"纳入教育的自觉视野,关注人的全面发展与个性发展,这与素质教育所倡导的教育理念、所追求的教育价值高度契合。因此,教育生活论对推进新疆中小学双语教育科学发展具有指导意义。文章从教育政策导向、培养目标定位、课程与教材建设、双语师资队伍建设等方面阐述了教育生活论为新疆中小学双语教育所指明的发展方向。
The effective and stable development of bilingual education in Xinjiang depends mainly on the establishment of correct views upon it.The theory of human-oriented education focuses on the integrity of the education world,the significance of human's existence and the real life.In addition,the theory takes the "whole person education" into consideration and focuses on the human's comprehensive development,which matches with the theory of quality-oriented education.The article discusses the influence of human-oriented education theory upon the direction of development from the aspects of education policy,training objective,course and textbook construction and teaching staff construction of bilingual education.
