摘要
教师是幼儿发展的促进者,教师的专业化成长关系到高质量教育教学活动的实施,关系到幼儿的发展,是幼儿园可持续发展的有力保证。文章从多层次、多角度、灵活多样的园本培训实践入手,探讨促进教师专业化成长的途径。
Since teachers are the facilitators of infant's development,the professional development of kindergarteners is a key element in the effective practice of education action,the infant's development and sustainable development of kindergarten.The paper discusses the methods of improving kindergarteners' professional development from the various ways of kindergarten-based training.
