摘要 文章以美国校园调解的实践作为切入点,运用赋权理论对纠纷解决方式的运作过程与产生结果进行了分析,在总结校园调解对学生、学校、社区的"赋权"过程与效果的基础上,论述了赋权理论对我国高等教育发展的重要意义。 This article analyzes the mechanism and the results of the empowerment in school mediation in the colleges of United States.Based on the description and summary of the process in which the empowerment exerts its effects and influence on the students,schools and community,this article discusses the significance of empowerment in the development of the higher education in China.
