农药速测卡在有机磷农药中毒患者洗胃应用中的效果评价

Evaluation of pesticides speed measurement card in gastric lavage of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning applications

目的:探讨农药速测卡在快速评价有机磷中毒患者洗胃效果中的作用。方法:根据农药速测卡提示的操作规程对洗胃不同时段留取的胃液标本进行检测并根据检测结果判断洗胃是否彻底,当检测结果显示阴性时(试纸变为深蓝色)即停止洗胃。结果:用农药速测卡检测AOPP患者142例,3例洗胃前检测结果显示阴性,46例3×104ml时显示阴性,84例5×104ml时显示阴性,9例7×104ml时显示阴性。结论:农药速测卡能为AOPP患者的洗胃效果提供客观的评价依据,但其检测速度、评价效率仍需进一步探讨。

Objective：To investigate the role of pesticide speed measurement card in the rapid evaluation of gas- tric lavage in patients with organophosphate poisoning. Method： Following the directions, the gastric juice of the gastric lavage was tested by the pesticide speed measurement card in different times to evaluate whether the posion was completely cleared. When the results turned negative （test strip turns dark blue）, the gastric lavage was stopped. Result： 142 AOPP cases were measured by the cards,of which 3 cases were tested negative before gastric lavage,46 cases turned negative after gastric lavage of 30000 ml,84 cases turned negative after gastric lavage of 50 000 ml,and 9 cases turned negative after gastric lavage of 70 000 ml. Conclusion：Pesticide speed measurement card can provide an objective evaluation of the effect of gastric lavage in patients with AOPP, but the detection rate and efficiency still need to be further explored.
