摘要
研究了加压条件下气流通过石英砂颗粒层的固定床床层压降模型。实验结果表明在Re<5.0的情况下,床层压降与气体速度呈线性关系;而压力对床层压降的影响可以忽略。通过实验数据对Ergun方程的无量纲系数修正,模型预测值与实验值偏差从最高60%降至8%以内,提高了该模型在实验范围内的预报精度。
Under pressurized conditions airflow through a fixed bed of quartz sand particles layer bed pressure drop model is studied. Experimental results show that in the case of Re 〈 5. 0, bed pressure drop with a gas velocity is in a linear relationship, pressure on the bed pressure drop can be ignored. Based on the correction of the dimensionaless coefficients of Ergun equation coming from the experimental data, the deviation between the prediction and experimental data has decreased from 60% to 8% and the accuracy of the prediction has been improved throughout current operating range.
