摘要
介绍了在聚偏氟乙烯制膜液中添加一定量纳米氧化锆粒子,采用溶胶凝胶法制备ZrO2/PVDF复合膜,对其水通量进行表征,70℃时,ZrO2添加量为3%时,复合膜的纯水通量达到370 L·m-2·h-1。运用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换宏伟色谱仪及差热分析仪对复合膜性能加以表征,结果表明复合膜的孔性能、分离性能及力学性能均得到明显改善。
The ZrO2/PVDF composite membranes were prepared by sol-gel method with a certain amount of zirconium oxide nanoparticles added to the PVDF membrane casting solution. The pure water flux is 370 L · m ·h-1 at 70℃ when the additive amount of ZrO2 was 3wt%. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and differential thermal analyzer (DTA) were used to characterize the ZrOz/PVDF composite membranes. The results showed that the addition of ZrO2 significantly im- proved the hole properties, separation performance and mechanical properties of the composite membrane.
