摘要
枸杞是药食两用植物,既是传统常用中药材,又是百姓喜爱的保健食品。枸杞的果、叶、苗、根都含有多种营养和活性组分,具有一定的食用和药用价值。目前国内外有很多关押枸杞植物化学成分和生物活性的研究报道。本文简要介绍枸杞的命名和分布,详述枸杞的主要植物化学成分及其生物活性,探讨枸杞的毒性和安全性,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。
The fresh and dry fruits of Lycium barbarum are edible biologic medicines, means that they are edible and medicinal. In China, they are commonly used in traditional Chinese herbal medicines and as a functional food that people favoured. The fruits, leaves, seeds and roots of the Lycium all contains a variety of nutrition and the active com- ponent which worth to be used for medicine and food. Presently there has been many studies of the chemical composition and biological activity of Lycium barbarum have reported. This review is to provide updated information of chemical and efficacies with safety including a new direction for research and current regulatory situation of L. barbarum.
