The Research Progress on Nanoemulsion and Microemulsion

摘要 纳米乳液和微乳液都是由水、油和表面活性剂形成的胶体分散体系。本文从两种胶体分散体系的定义、组分、粒径、制备方法、稳定性以及特性出发,阐述两者的相似性与差异性,提出辨别两者的方法,为微乳液以及纳米乳液的研究提供参考。 Nanoemulsion and microemulsion are consisit of oil, water and surfactant. The similarity and differences between nanoemulsion and microemulsion in terms of their definition, composition, particle dimensions, stability and characteristics are elaborated in this paper. It also provides some practical methods to clarify these two kinds of eolllidal dispersion for further research.
