摘要
自土样中筛选得到1株高产木聚糖酶霉菌F1208,经菌落培养特征鉴定、菌体形态观察以及18S rDNA序列同源性比对等分析,鉴定该菌株为嗜热踝节菌,命名为嗜热踝节菌F1208。实验结果显示:该菌株最适生长温度50℃。可利用玉米芯等农业废弃物为发酵碳源,生产耐热木聚糖酶。在50℃培养7 d,木聚糖酶酶活力可达1 002.86 U/mL。
A thermophilic fungus F1208 with high yield of xylanase activity was identified. The strain was isolated from soil samples and was identified as Talaromyces thermophilus by cultural, morphological and biochemical character- isctics. Talaromyces thermophilus F1208 was optimally grown at 50 ℃. A high yield of xylanase activity 1 002.86 U/mL was obtained after 7 days in a medium containing corncob as carbon source at 50 ℃.
