The Progress and Applications of DNA Sequencing Techniques

摘要 自1977年以Sanger法为代表的第一代测序技术确立以来,在过去的三十年里,DNA测序技术已经取得了重要的进展。随着大规模高通量新一代测序技术的发明,各种基因组项目已经可以在个人实验室中完成,更是大大加速了生物学领域的研究步伐。本文介绍了目前所应用的测序技术及其应用进展,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。 Over the past three decades, remarkable DNA sequencing technological innovations has emerged since Sanger- based sequencing technology established in 1977. With the development of next-generation high-throughput DNA sequencing techniques, the genome sequencing is feasible in individual laboratories which has dramatically accelerated biological research. The progress and applications of current sequencing techniques and their future perspectives will be discussed here.
