食源性致病菌在进口葡萄酒中的存活状况初探

Study on the survival of food-borne pathogens in imported wines

摘要 目的了解志贺菌、沙门菌、霍乱弧菌、副溶血性弧菌、大肠杆菌O157:H7、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌在进口葡萄酒中的存活状况。方法按GB 4789.2-2010平板计数法检测。结果金黄色葡萄球菌和单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌能用平板计数法检出,其他细菌不能检出。结论本实验提示改进目前葡萄酒中致病菌的检测技术,减少食品安全风险。 Objective To investigate the survive of borne pathogens such as Shigella, Salmonella, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Escherichia coli O157: H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus in imported wines. Methods The method was developed according to GB 4789.2-2010. Results The result showed that Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus could he counted ,others pathogens couldn't be found. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the current detection technology on food-borne pathogens in imported wines and reduce the risk of it on food safety.
