化痰活血方穴位贴敷联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎晨僵43例

Efficacy and Safety of Point Application of Huatan Huoxue Formula Together with Western Medicine Therapy on Morning Stiffness of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的通过比较化痰活血方穴位贴敷联合西药与单纯西药对强直性脊柱炎晨僵的临床疗效差异,评价其对强直性脊柱炎晨僵的疗效及安全性。方法将80例强直性脊柱炎的患者随机分为两组,治疗组43例采用化痰活血方穴位贴敷联合西药治疗,对照组37例运用单纯西药治疗,比较治疗前后患者的晨僵时间、BASDAI以及观察在治疗期间不良反应情况,以评价其有效性、安全性,并对上述结果进行统计学处理。结果①两组患者治疗前后组内比较,患者的晨僵时间、BASDAI评分差异显著(P<0.05)。②两组患者在治疗后晨僵时间、BASDAI积分对比,经统计学处理,在晨僵时间、BASDAI比较中具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明化痰活血方穴位贴敷联合西药缩短晨僵时间上具有优于单纯西药的作用;治疗组总有效率81.4%,对照组总有效率59.5%,经统计学处理,两组临床疗效经卡方检验,具有统计学意义,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论化痰活血方穴位贴敷联合西药能明显有效、安全地缓解强直性脊柱炎患者的晨僵。

Objective Comparing the treatment of morning stiffness of ankylosing spondylitis by pure western medicine and point application of Huatan Huoxue Formula together with western medicine and estimating this metheds effect and security. Methods ividing 80 patients of ankylo- sing spondylitis into 2 groups, we treated the treatment group with acupoint sticking of Huatan Huoxue Formula together with western medicine and the control group with pure western medicine. Comparing the patients＇time of morning stiffness and BASDAI statistics. Results The differ- ence on patients＇ time of morning stiffness and BASDAI are clear before and after the treatment. （ P〈0. 05） . The time of morning stiffness and BASDAI were compared. After statistical processing, there is statistical significance on time of morning stiffness and BASDAI （ P〈0. 05）. it means that treatment of acupoint sticking of Huatan Huoxue Formula together with western medicine is better than pure western medicine on the improvement of lasting of morning stiffness. Treatment effect estimate： total effective rate of treatment group is 81.4%, total effective rate of control group is 59. 5 %. Aftcr statistics processing, the rank - and - testing shows statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of aeupoint sticking of Huatan Huoxue Formula together with western medicine is obviously better than pure western medicine, especially improve morning stiffness.
