随着发展变化,传统的医学生就业指导课程已经难以满足社会对医学生的职业要求,广州某医药大学结合专业特色,整合资源不断构建《医学院校大学生职业发展与就业指导课程》,在主要内容、教学手段、教学方法、组织管理等方面改革创新,逐步增强课程的科学性和合理性。

With the development, the traditional curriculum of employment guidance of medical students has been difficult to meet the social re- quirements of medical students＇ occupation. On the basis of the professional feature, Guangzhou Medical University has integration of resources to build ＂Medical Students Occupation Development and Employment Guidance Course＂ to reform the main content in teaching means, teaching methods, organization and management, and gradually strengthen course of science and rationality.
