Amplification,cloning and identification of an OVR gene fragment

根据已知序列合成引物 ,并利用正交设计原理扩增出一个423bp 的鸡DNA片段 ,经酶切鉴定证明是鸡OVR基因中含限制排卵突变的片段。这一结果为进一步研究OVR基因的多态性打下了基础。

A chick 423bp fragment was amplified using primers designed according to sequence published. PCR conditions were determined by orthogonal design, and the PCR product was identified as a fragment of chicken OVR gene including Restricted Ovulator mutation through digestion of HaeⅢ. The successful amplification of this fragment provides an important basis to study further polymorphism of OVR gene.
