骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症40例

Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Sacral Injection for40 Cases

目的观察骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起的腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法选择2012年1～12月共40例患者,骶管注射(丹皮酚磺酸钠注射液,甲钴胺注射液和盐酸利多卡因注射液混合液),经骶孔注射给药,每7d注射1次,3次为1疗程,并且口服美洛昔康片,盐酸乙哌立松片和虎力散胶囊,连服10天,观察其临床疗效。结果全组患者治愈11例(占27.5%),好转25例(占62.5%),未愈4例(占10%),总有效率达90%。结论骶管注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症易于操作,疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of lumbocrural pain caused by sacral injection in the treatment of disc herniation of lumbar. Methods 40cases of patients from january to december in2012 , used sacral canal injection （Paeononlsilatie sodium injection , Mecobalamin injection and lidocaine hydrochloride injection mixture）, injected from the sacral foramen , 1times injection each7d , 3times for 1 Course of treatment , and have oral administration of meloxicam tablets , eperisone hydrochloride tablets and hulisan capsule , even served10 days , then observe its clinical curative effect.Results 11 patients were cured （27.5%）, improved in 25cases （62.5%）, not healed in 4cases （10%）, the total effective rate was 90%.Conclusion Sacral canal injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation have significant effect , safe and reliable , and be worthy of clinical application.
