Continuing medical education is an important way that medical staffs improve their comprehensive quality.However , due to their profession’s particularity , their participating in continuing medical education were limited by time and region , resulted in problems of learning lowefficiency and high-costs.Blackboard learning system as a network-assisted teaching tool can address these issues effectively.
