中医院校英语专业办学时间短,在人才培养和课程设置上一直处于探索阶段。结合中医院校特色,中医院校的英语专业应突出培养中医英语人才,设置英语语言类课程、中医医学类课程、中医英语类课程和实践教学类课程,更好适应国家对中医英语人才的需求。
English Major of Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges is a newly established major and in the process of exploration of its talents cultivation and course design.Based on its own feature , English major in TCM universities should focus on TCM English talents cultivation and open courses concerned with English language , TCM subjects , TCM English and practical abilities , with the hope of meeting the nation′s needs for TCM English talents.
