摘要
采用饲养试验、代谢试验及蛋品质测定等方法,研究了在相同日粮粗蛋白水平(1 7 5%)下,5种不同代谢能水平(1 0 67,1 0 88,1 1 0 9,1 1 3 0,1 1 51MJ·kg- 1)对绍鸭产蛋期产蛋性能、饲料蛋白质吸收利用、能量代谢和蛋品质等方面的影响。结果表明:试鸭在日粮中等代谢能水平(1 0 88~ 1 1 3 0MJ·kg- 1)下,产蛋率、平均蛋重、饲料转化率较高,盈利值则以 1 1 0 9MJ·kg- 1组最佳。日粮代谢能水平越高,日采食量越低,二者呈直线负相关(r=-0 785,P <0 0 5);随日粮代谢能水平提高,试鸭氮存留率也有相应提高的趋势,1 1 0 9MJ·kg- 1组和 1 1 51MJ·kg- 1组明显高于 1 0 67MJ·kg- 1组(P <0 0 5)。与1 0 67MJ·kg- 1组相比,1 0 88MJ·kg- 1组和 1 1 0 9MJ·kg- 1组的能量代谢率显著提高(P <0 0 5);蛋品质测定表明,试鸭 3 8周龄蛋重以 1 0 88MJ·kg- 1组和 1 1 0 9MJ·kg- 1组较高,蛋壳厚度则以 1 0 67MJ·kg- 1组和 1 1 0 9MJ·kg- 1组较大。研究表明,绍鸭产蛋期适宜的日粮代谢能水平为 1 1 0 9MJ·kg- 1,其相应的蛋能比为 1 5 78g·MJ- 1。
A grouped feeding trial, metabolism trial and egg quality mensuration for laying Shao ducks were conducted to determine the effects of five diets with different content of metabolizable energy (10 67 MJ·kg -1 , 10 88 MJ·kg -1 ,11 09 MJ·kg -1 ,11 30 MJ·kg -1 ,11 51 MJ·kg -1 ,respectively) in a same level of 17 5% crude protein on egg laying performance, feed protein utilization,energy metabolism, and egg quality The results indicated that egg laying performance of ducks was high when fed diets with middle levels of 10 88 11 30 MJ·kg -1 metabolizable energy(ME), profit potential per duck was best in level of 11 09 MJ·kg -1 With the increase of dietary ME level, daily feed intake was gradually reduced There was a significant correlation between them ( r =-0 785, P <0 05); Ratio of nitrogen retention improved with the increase of dietary ME level, which in groups with 11 09 MJ·kg -1 ,11 51 MJ·kg -1 levels were significantly higher than that with 10 67 MJ·kg -1 ( P <0 05) Compared with the group fed 10 67 MJ·kg -1 ME, energy metabolism ratio significantly increased in groups with 10 88 MJ·kg -1 , 11 09 MJ·kg -1 ME levels; Furthermore, egg weight was relatively high for those ducks at age of 38 weeks fed 10 88 MJ·kg -1 , 11 09 MJ·kg -1 ME levels, and egg shell thickness was ideal for groups containing 10 67 MJ·kg -1 , 11 09 MJ·kg -1 ME It was suggested that the optimum dietary metabolizable energy level for laying Shao ducks was 11 09 MJ·kg -1 , with CP/ME ratio: 15 78 g·MJ -1
