摘要
教师教学效能感是教师对自己影响学生学习行为和学习成绩的能力的主观判断。随着研究的开展,其影响因子被不断的挖掘。高校青年教师作为教师队伍的后备力量,学校与社会必须深刻地认识其重要性,根据其特点制定出与之对应的方法,提高青年教师自我效能感。本文在分析影响教师教学效能感因素的基础上,探讨提升教师效能感的方法和手段。
Teaching efficacy is teachers′ subjective judgment about the influence of their own ability on students′ learning behavior and learning achievements.With the development of research , its impact factors are unceasing excavated.The young teachers in Colleges as reserve force of teachers , Colleges and the society must be profoundly understand its importance , and accord to its characteristic setting corresponding method to improve the young teachers′ self-efficacy.Based on the analysis of influence factors on Teachers’efficacy , we will explore better means of improving teachers′ self-efficacy.
