强直性脊柱炎的中西医护理常规 被引量：2

摘要 强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis,AS）,中医学称之为＂大偻＂,是一种累及脊柱（脊柱骨突、脊柱旁软组织）、骶髂关节和外周关节的系统性炎性疾病,可有腰背痛、僵硬、活动受限、外周关节炎、肌腱端病、眼炎等临床表现[1]。据报道,我国AS的患病率约为0.26%～0.3%[2-3]。由于本病的发生机制尚未完全明了,临床诊治存在诸多困惑,
