摘要
本文以柱状田头菇发酵产物为原料 ,用热水浸提法提取胞内、胞外多糖 ,并用 3,5 二硝基水杨酸(DNS)法测定多糖的含量。结果表明 ,热水浸提法所得多糖提取率较低 ,有待改进。DNS法适用于柱状田头菇多糖含量的测定。
Extracellular and incellular polysaccharide of Agrocybe aegerita was extracted from fermentation products with hot water,the content was determined by DNS method.The results displayed the polysaccharide rate was low by hot water method.The DNS method was adapted to study of polysaccharide.
