本文运用统计原理提出一种比较公正合理的评价教师教学效果的方法。该方法可操作性强 ,能更独立充分地显示出各科的效果 ,便于对比。
With the princple of statistics,We suggest a kind of method which can evaluate the teaching effect more impartilly and ratinally in this essay.The method is more practical.It fully demon strates the effect of all subjects and is convenient to compare.
