摘要
变电站建筑属于工业建筑,由于我国目前尚未颁布工业建筑的节能设计标准,因此变电站建筑的节能设计缺乏依据。为了给变电站建筑节能设计提供科学依据,分析了变电站建筑的室内参数要求和围护结构的研究现状,并采用能耗模拟的方法研究变电站建筑的围护结构节能设计参数。结果表明,变电站建筑由于内热源大,设计空调温度相对于民用建筑偏高等因素,围护结构的热物性参数不宜参考民用建筑的设计值。变电站建筑的外墙传热系数K宜在2.0W/(m^2·K)以上,屋面的传热系数K宜在1.4 W/(m^2·K)以上。
The Substation building is a kind of industrial buildings. There is no industrial building energy saving standard until now, so the Substation building lacks of building energy efficient design standard. First, the indoor environment requirement and the current study on envelope of Substation building are introduced. Then, through building energy simulation, the building envelope parameters are investigated. The results show that the building envelope of Substation building should not refer to the civil buildings, because the interior heat source is very large and the design indoor air temperature is relatively high. Based on the study, the recommended heat transfer coefficient is above 2.0 W/(m^2 · K)for exterior wall and above 1.4 W/(m^2 · K)for the roof.
