摘要 深水4000吨铺管起重船是中海油设计建造的中国第一艘深水铺管起重船。论文采用经验分析与数值模拟相结合的方法对其进行线型优化研究。首先通过数值模拟,对母型船进行详细的流场分析。基于流场分析结果,进行有针对性的线型优化。采用相同的计算方法对相同工况的三种优化船型进行数值模拟,并与母型船阻力、流场进行对比分析。结果表明三种优化方案的流场得到了很大改善,均避免了母型船出现的较大尾涡,且阻力系数均较母型船大幅度减小。可见改型取得了良好成效。 The 4000t deepwater pipelay crane vessel designed by China National Offshore Oil Corporation is the first pipelay crane ship, which can work in deep waters in China. In this paper, its hull form is optimized by the method in which empirical analysis is combined with numerical simulation. With three types of considerations, respective optimized hull forms are obtained. Then numerical method is adopted to analyze the optimal hulls. In the flow fields, there are no large eddies by the stems for all the three optimized hulls. In addition, resistance performances were found to be better than that of original hull. The result proves the success of optimization for original hull form.
