基于集值统计法在项目评估中的可信性检验

Credibility Test of Project Evaluation Based on the Set-Valued Statistics

针对模糊评估的特点,通常采用集值统计方法对项目进行评估,由于传统的集值统计方法在对评估的结果进行可信性检验时,检验方案的缺陷使最终的结果具有失真性。文中在验证传统的集值统计法存在缺陷的同时,建立了在数据删除模型下的集值统计可信性检验,通过对评估区间进行检验和处理,提高了评估结果的可信度。

For the characteristic of the fuzzy estimate,one often uses the set-valued statistical method for estimating a project. When the credibility in the decision results are tested by the traditional ways,the defects of the test methods distorts the test results. This article points out the traditional methods＇ defects and establishes the set-valued statistics credibility test under the data deletion model, through the intervals by testing and processing, the credibility of the results is improved.
