Reflections on Strengthening Equipment Procurement of Higher Vocational Colleges

如何做好高职院校设备采购工作,提高公共财政资金的使用效益,是一个值得重视的问题。文章从梳理设备采购流程出发,对采购预算、项目论证、采购方式选择、招标文件编制、合同签订、质量验收等几个重要环节进行了探索性的思考,并针对存在问题提出了应对措施。

It is an important job to strengthen equipment procurement of HVC and improve the benefits of using public funds. From carding equipment procurement process, these problems are proposed concerning procurement budget, project argumentation, procurement mode, bidding documents, contract and accept- ance, then some measures to solve these problems are put forward in the paper.
