高职高专院校肩负着培养高技术应用型人才的重任,作为高职高专院校人才培养工作重要组成部分的思想政治理论课教育实效性的实现程度直接关系到人才目标的实现。因此,针对当前高职高专院校思想政治理论课教育因受多种因素的制约,导致实效性不强的现状,从思想认识、管理体制等方面提出增强高职高专院校思想政治理论课教育实效性的对策及思考。

The current education of I- deological and Political Theory in higher vocational colleges was affected by a variety of factors, so that the effectiveness was not good. Here the way to deal with the above situation is proposed for enhancing effec- tiveness of the ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of ideo- logical understanding, management system, etc.
