摘要
非连续性教育思想认为教育是连续性和非连续性的统一,挫折是不可避免的。文章对非连续性教育思想对挫折的认识进行了分析,在此基础上从如何开展危机教育、对挫折进行合理归因、创建积极的组织系统、教育者进行积极的激励和引导四个方面展开,对非连续性教育思想在大学生挫折教育中的实践和运用提出了合理化建议。
Non-continuous education thought that education is the unity of continuity and discontinuity, frustration is inevitable. Based on the analysis of non-continuous education thoughts of frustration, the pa- per analyzes from four aspects. How to carry out the crisis education, attribute to the frustration reasona- bly, create a positive organizational system, actively guide and encourage as educators. And the paper pro- poses the reasonable suggestions on the practice and application of non-continuous education thoughts in the frustration education of college students.
